How do I return/exchange a item?

To begin your Return or Exchange request, please get in touch with us to request an RMA#.
We can make size and color exchanges for like items.
Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

(Some items in the same category may be priced differently due to the fabric type, size, or both.
Please make sure your exchange request is for an item of the same price.)

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The item (s) you would like to return or exchange
  • The reason for the exchange*
  • *If exchanging, please include the size/color you'd prefer
Once we receive your return/exchange request, we will issue you an RMA#, usually within 24 hours.
Please write your RMA# on the outside of your return package so it is visible and return to:
