Our First Cover — A Camp Muscle Memory
Back in 2009, a friend called to tell us he had just picked up the latest issue of MuscleMag International and spotted Camp Muscle tank tops featured in a magazine spread. Naturally, we couldn't wait to see it for ourselves, so we headed to the store to find a copy.
But while searching for MuscleMag, we got an even bigger surprise.
There we were—Camp Muscle Bodywear on the cover of Muscular Development.
It was a moment we'll never forget, and thankfully, we captured it. We recently came across this photo again and were reminded just how special it was to see our clothing on a major bodybuilding magazine cover for the very first time.
More than 15 years later, it's still one of our favorite Camp Muscle memories—and a little piece of our old-school bodybuilding history.

Honoring an Old-School Bodybuilding Legend
With “Old School” at the heart of Camp Muscle Bodywear, it’s only fitting that we pay tribute to our longtime friend, Brian Eastman—a familiar face to generations of bodybuilding fans.
Brian became an iconic figure in the golden era of bodybuilding as the front man for the legendary Universal Bodybuilding booklets and training courses of the 1970s, inspiring countless young bodybuilders to pick up the weights and pursue a stronger physique.
This classic photo captures an incredible moment in bodybuilding history: Brian receiving his award from Arnold Schwarzenegger after winning Mr. Britain in 1968.
We’re proud to call Brian a longtime friend of Camp Muscle and even prouder to celebrate someone who represents the old-school bodybuilding spirit that continues to inspire our brand today.
