Camp Muscle is proud to present...

At the age of 24 Casey Daugherty already exemplifies the look that women's bodybuilding has been missing for a long time. She has extraordinary symmetry and muscularity without sacrificing her femininity. She started training at the early age of 14. Through the persistent advice and training of Brian Adbot Casey was convinced that she was ready to step on stage at the young age of 18, after only four years of training. She began by testing the waters in the figure division. She placed top three in the only three figure competitions she was involved in. Due in part to incredibly blessed genetics she turned her competitive interests towards bodybuilding. Winning first place in the middleweight division and overall at the Lake City Classic was her first step towards her bodybuilding career. Not only did she win the show, her and her boyfriend Shaun won the Mr. and Mrs. Lake City award as well as the inaugural Byrd Award. Casey also placed first in the middleweight division and was the overall winner of the All South Championships qualifying her for a trip to the 2006 Nationals where she placed sixth in the light-heavyweight division. In 2007 Casey competed in the USA’s in Las Vegas as a light-heavyweight, then in 2008 she placed second in the Junior USA’s as a heavyweight. Casey has set her sites on the 2008 Nationals. She currently trains at Tony Curtis’ gym, Future Fitness, in Lake City, FL where she is also a personal trainer. She is certified through ACE in personal training and specializes in Advanced Sports Nutrition. Casey also trains NPC competitors in Contest Preparation.

A few words from Casey…

I would like to thank John Mier at Premier Physiques and Brian Adbot. Thanks to Shaun Meeks, family, and friends for their support over the years. A special thanks to my dad, none of this would have been possible without you!
