I started bodybuilding at the age of twenty so I'm a late starter, it was just supposed to be for fun to do one show. I won the overall at my first show and then my second and from there it all began. I have continued to work hard to improve my physique as I have always had lagging areas to bring up, its a never ending struggle for perfection. I believe that enough hard work can produce the results a person wants out of their physique, I don't believe that some muscles just won't grow. That mentality is what keeps me moving in the gym and always pursuing the top spots. Outside of bodybuilding I have a loving family and great friends that have always been there to support me and keep me motivated as well as grounded. I love cars and my one true hobby outside of bodybuilding is tinkering with my Mustang GT and like my physique I am always trying to make it look better and go faster..lol. I appreciate the fans of the sport and think they are fantastic and for that reason I have a blog on my website fouadmuscle.com that will allow you all to follow me on my journey to each of my shows. I like to try to give back to the fans of the sport and I also love helping people achieve their dreams. Outside of bodybuilding my other career is online nutritional consultant and I have helped many achieve top placings at their shows. I think its too early to call me the pro creator..lol..but regardless I do my best for all my clients. I want to thank Camp Muscle for supporting me through my struggle to become the best I can be and I also have to thank MuscleTech who have been there since the beginning of my pro career.
